*Please note that the following section only applies to health food stores and naturopaths (our wholesale customers)*
Placing Orders:
Orders can be placed by fax, e-mail or by phone. State store name, phone number and/or customer number. Please order by product name or code and quantity. If your calls are being placed after hours or if our lines are busy, please leave store name and phone number and we will return your call as soon as possible.
Payments:
All orders are shipped prepaid by Visa or Mastercard. An alternative option is a COD order (cash or cheque only).
For freight shipping, we require a minimum order of $200.
For free shipping, the order should be $300 or over.
Orders under $200 will be charged shipping and a $20 extra handling charge.
Discounts:
We require that you send us originals of all discount coupons, complete with your customer's signature on the back, to receive a credit towards your next Life Choice order.
We ship orders only with Canpar or Canada Post.
Orders/Service:
Orders are usually processed on the same day and shipped the day after we have received the payment (COD not included); any delay will only be due to delivery. We will not service outstanding accounts.
Returns:
We will accept customer returns only with a name and a phone number. We require that you ship the product back to us. After receiving the parcel, we will credit you the product and/or shipping cost. Credit will be applied with your next order or will be refunded to your credit card. For retail customers, if the product is not a customer return or an error, a 15% restocking fee will be applied against your credit or refund. Also, at the time of return, the product must be at least 9 months from expiry; otherwise, we cannot accept the return.
Adjustments:
Please report any billing or shipping errors within 5 days. The proper adjustments will be made immediately.
